His name is taboo and anyone who tries to say it will immediatley be captured by him and cannot post a spell for 24 hours but they can still talk, so you're not banned simply disarmed.

Voldemort is a power 10 meaning that he can not be stunned and only disarmed by power 9+

If you are in Slytherin you MUST do anything this character requests. And if you disobey he will kill you and you can be re-sorted by the Sorting Hat.

To become Voldemort you must:

1. Be in Slytherin
2. PM me saying "Hey, you, I want to be Voldemort"
